I have an addiction for body scrubs and for a good reason. Ever since I've hit my 30s, my normally supple and smooth skin has been prone to bouts of dryness that leads to dry skin patches. Of course that issue can be remedied with a good exfoliating body scrub and moisturizer but too much exfoliation can damage the skin...and I'm not really a fan of applying lotions.
